The Lebanese Red Cross reported 10 people were wounded and transported to hospitals from clashes in Downtown Beirut, and 71 people injured were treated at the scene. The explosion, one of the largest non-nuclear blasts in human history, destroyed swathes of the city, killed at least 218 people, injured thousands and displaced an estimated 300,000 people. One year on and there has been zero accountability.
